  • What if I miss a live call?

  • Do I have to give up carbs or wine?

  • I’m perimenopausal/menopausal, will this work?

    Yes. We factor hormones, sleep, recovery, and stress into your plan.

  • Do you prescribe GLP-1 meds?

    No. I don’t prescribe. I’m trained in GLP-1 awareness and can coordinate with your GP if that path makes sense for you.

  • Is it therapy?

    No it isn’t therapy. I do have qualifications in counselling and use my skills. But I don’t counsel anyone on the group. I use coaching which is more directive.

  • Is there 1:1 support?
