Hi I'm Carly. I'm a 41 year old Mum of Harley, 4 and Leo 2. I understand how crazy, busy, emotional and tiring life can be as a new Mum. I also know that self-care and exercise can massively improve your mental health, ability to cope with stress and provide that little snippet of 'me time' that we all need and value. It's virtually impossible to find the time and childcare to go to the gym, which is why I designed my Happy Fit Mums programme to help you navigate this important time when your feelings and health matter too.
