Will it work for me?
Although everyone's results can vary from person to person, if you follow the programme, and show up to the check ins, there's NO REASON why it wouldn't work for you. Have a look at the testimonials from my client's who are part of the Fit Fam community.

Can it work at my pace?
It absolutely is tailored to work through at your own pace. We do have weekly check-in's to stay on track and for accountability, as that is a huge part of you being successful. The workout library can be worked through when you have a slot in your day and some workouts are only 10 minutes!

Will there be any live sessions?
Yes there's a live group coaching session every month and a weekly live workout too! Both are done on ZOOM>

What if everyone else is fitter than me?
I can safely say, that everyone in our incredible Commit to 6 community is at different stages in their journey. Some will have been where you are right now and others may be working towards where you are. This means we can all support each other because we know what it is like, and we all want each other to be successful. Some weeks will be harder than others, and having that community behind you will really be supportive for you.

Is it easy to use? I'm not very tech savvy
Don't worry, we have designed this to be simple. After you click the 'join now' button below, you will have an email where you can simply make an account. Once you have done that, you can log on any time from your preferred device and scroll through the workout library and resources. It will tick off the ones you have completed so you can easily see your progress. The facebook community is a private group where you can chat with the Commit to 6 community and me whenever you want to.

What are the payment options?
There are different payment options so you can select the one that is right for you! You can pay later or in interest free instalments using Klarna or Clearpay when you check out and pay in 3 or 4. You will receive a £200 discount if you choose 12 months rather than 6. Many clients like the accountability, updated food plans and workouts and treat it like membership to a gym or health club (but with more support!)
